During the month of August, our team traveled to Manda Tanzania on an implementation trip. The team successfully built their designed solar powered water pump system which now provides over 5000 people with potable water. We are a student-led chapter comprised of students from a variety of different majors and class standings with a common commitment to service in our local community and abroad.
EWB-WWU performs annual trips to our project sites around the world, monitoring old projects, assessing new projects, and implementing designs to benefit the self-identified needs of our partner communities.
We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our community while ensuring that projects are sustainable and genuinely beneficial for everyone involved, in accordance with EWB-USA’s project process.
